The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (the Government of the HKSAR) initiated the Asia Cultural Co-operation Forum (ACCF) in 2003 to foster regional cultural co-operation and promote culture and arts industries.
The Forum aims at:

Facilitating and promoting wider participation in culture and the arts.
Enhancing Hong Kong's profile as the cultural hub of Asia.
